The Artisan Frenchic Furniture Masterclass Workshop
The Artisan Frenchic Furniture Masterclass Workshop
Ready to turn your hobby into Art?
Are you an experienced painter / completed my intermediate level workshop ? Are you ready to move onto products that require time and skill to apply?
This isn't about learning how to use a brush; it’s about learning how to create a masterpiece. We will skip the basics and dive straight into:
- Advanced Blending: Using Frenchic palettes to create seamless, ombré, or "faded" backgrounds that merge perfectly with your art.
- Large-Scale Decoupage: Master the "flat-lay" technique for large A1 Mint by Michelle papers without creases or bubbles.
- Seamless Integration: How to "bury" the edges of Three Yellow Goats papers so they look hand-painted onto the furniture.
- Professional Finishes: Choosing the right topcoats and waxes to protect luxury papers for high-traffic use.
I am officially launching my Artisan Masterclass for 2026. Limited to two students per day, this is an immersive 1 on 1 experience in my Whitstable shop / studio. I'll be sharing every secret behind my most popular pieces from seamless Mint By Michelle / Three Yellow Goats application to complex blending with Frenchic products. Bring your own small piece of furniture and leave with your very own gallery worth piece.
All Frenchic and Mint By Michelle / Three Yellow Goats products will be provided. You will need to bring a small unpainted / unwaxed piece of furniture with you, that has been thoroughly prepped ie: sugar soap and light sand ready for painting.
You must provide details and photos a week before the workshop so we can plan your piece together.
This is a hands-on day, so it is advisable to wear old clothes that you don’t mind getting paint on.
Frenchic Furniture Paint is an environmentally friendly chalk and mineral paint, it is EN: 71-3 certified, meaning that it’s safe to paint nursery / children’s furniture. It has no voc’s added and is toxin and solvent free with no odour. It is creamy and rich with fabulous coverage.
