New November Window, The New Henry Holland Collection
Share
It's the window before Christmas. Introducing the latest Henry Holland and Harlequin wallpaper and fabric collection. Warm terracottas, rich chocolates, and serene greens and blues create a stunning palette.
I've included three new pieces in the window, a small oak desk that I have completely rebuilt, added wooden beads to the legs and painted with Frenchic Funky Dora and given a white washed finish white wax.
The second piece is a tall Mid Century display case in amazing condition, after a good clean and reoil I have added Blenets Check in Atlantic and Chocolate from the Henry Holland Collection, this mid-scale check gives the effect of tiles in a checkerboard formation, it's a perfect pairing.
The third piece is a small Mid Century side table, originally part of a nest of tables, painted with Frenchic Wise Old Sage, topped with Connar in Neptune Green and Matcha.
Also included in the window is a table that I made last year with 4 Ikea serving bowls. It was painted bright red in Hot Lips Frenchic Trim paint, I have repainted with Funky Dora. On the top of the table is a little collection of old glass vases painted with a mix of Frenchic colours with added Bicarbonate of Soda to add some texture and give them a ceramic look.
The ceiling lampshades are made with Ludaix in Pacific and Matcha, Ludaix is is an extra wide wallpaper with a Japanese-style silhouette featuring a ruffled flower with an Ikat brush edge.
These beautiful fabrics and wallpapers pair brilliantly with Mid-Century modern pieces and Frenchic Paint for a truly timeless look.
