Processing time The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of despatch. Brits Love Vintage will not be held responsible for any delays caused by postal services.
Combined shipping charges for multiple purchases For multiple purchases it can be difficult to calculate the additional shipping charges accurately in advance of an order for extra items, as it is impossible to know what the additional item might be and what it weighs. If I find that the actual postage and packing costs are significantly less than you have paid, I will always make a refund. If you want to know the exact cost before buying, please message me with a list of the pieces you'd like to buy and I will gladly get a quote for you.
Returns & exchanges: I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders
Items on sale
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Vintage Haberdashery and Accessories : Vintage / antique haberdashery, textiles and accessories, by their very nature are not in pristine new condition. These lovely pieces have age and history, which for many is part of their appeal and charm; with that comes inevitable wear and tear. Even unused 'new/old stock' may have marks from years in storage. I will always describe any significant marks, damage or imperfection as well as I can, please read the description carefully before buying.
If you are looking for something that looks new and pristine antique or vintage items may not be right for you.
